Are you struggling with issues relating to menopause? Do you feel that things are becoming out of your control and what you have done up until now has stopped working for you?
I am writing this to tell you that you can take control now and it is never too late to start. But first things first, let’s discuss a little bit about menopause and the stages of menopause.
What is peri menopause? The first sign of peri menopause is usually irregular menstrual cycles but you can experience...

Do endurance athletes die young?
I was recently listening to a Joe Rogan podcast with Dorian Yates a 6 times Mr Olympia. During the podcast he said “it is a well known fact endurance athletes die younger than the general public.” Stating it's from the years of prolonged exercise they do.

Instead he recommends very short (4 minute) HITT style workouts.

Why women should lift weights
Words by Emma Jane Shail
When I mention lifting weights I often hear, "will lifting weights make me bulky?", "or I don't want to get big and muscly, I just want to get toned". The New Renaissance Fitness
We've moved into something bigger and better. Renaissance fitness is now no longer a PT studio, but a fully functional 24-hour gym with a built-in PT area. Taking the leap from a bespoke training studio to a 4000 sqft gym with 4 separate training rooms certainly wasn't easy.
Transforming into a 24-hour gym with enough equipment to please everybody took some hard toil, sleepless nights and a fair bit of blood, sweat and tears.
We only had 2 months to transform the building, there were man...
